Chris Scholle - President and CEO
Mr. Scholle is a business executive with over 20 years experiance in all aspects of management, operations, IT development and real estate investment. Chris got his start in the business world as a real estate agent, broker and investor who has studied and used all aspects of creative real estate investment strategies. Chris has bought and sold hundreds of properties worth tens of millions of dollars and holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in California and Utah.
Mike Waters - CTO
Mr. Waters, an information technology executive with 10 years experience leading software development and IT operations in the U.S. and abroad and was instrumental in the creation and development of the 4RealEstateleads.com platform. In addition to 4Real Estate Leads, he has provided executive leadership for his own businesses and is an active real estate investor who has been involved in over ninety transactions. With his first "no money down" deal he left the closing with $40k cash.
Gary Wiser - COO
Mr. Wiser is an operations executive with 20 years experience regarding all aspects of business management, including: marketing, personnel management, customer sales and service, project management, and product development. Mr. Wiser manages the day-to-day operations of ZXplus and serves as the Community Manager for ZXconnect. He is also an active real estate investor using the creative investment strategies and processes taught by 4Real Estate Success. Mr. Wiser works with corporate management to ensure excellence, and to keep the vision and integrity of the company as we continue to expand and offer additional products and services.
